We provide outstanding care and support to people with Learning Disabilities and /or Autism, which enables and empowers them to live a life that makes sense to them.

We are based in Stroud, Gloucestershire, and support people in and around the Stroud area, Gloucester, Tewkesbury and Cheltenham.

Staff receive face to face induction training from our qualified training team on the 15 standards of the Care Certificate. Bespoke service specific training such as MAPA (Management of Actual or Potential Aggression), Epilepsy, Autism, Diabetes and Redirection Techniques training is also provided to our staff, as well as other specific training relating to supporting the individuals they are working with.

I really just wanted to put in writing how thrilled my husband and I are at the way our son has settled into Malvern Crossing.

We were very anxious about this move as Mark had previously been in the same place for a very long time and the set up was so very different. BUT everyone was so welcoming and so kind and helpful, not just to Mark but to us as well and we really feel that we are all part of the Malvern Crossing family.

We love the fact that he has so much more choice about every aspect of his life now, and that the staff consult him all the time. The respect and care that he has been shown is wonderful, and we know from his attitude when we come to see him that he is really happy and he is trying his best to move forward with his new life and take on all the new challenges he is facing.

The improvement in his health is already obvious, especially his mental health, and he is now motivated to work towards the new goals being set for him to improve his mobility.

We can only thank all of the team for making this transition so smooth and so very positive, and we do thank ALL of the team for working so well together and creating such a wonderful place to live not just for Mark, but for all of the young people lucky enough to be learning how to live more independently at Malvern Crossing.
