This year, the Rehability Awards embrace a powerful theme: Shining Together.

At Rehability UK, we believe that none of us shine alone. Every bright moment we create is made possible by people supporting one another – colleagues uplifting colleagues, teams uplifting individuals, and the people we support inspiring us all. Together, we celebrate the light we bring to each other’s lives.

The Rehability Awards give employees, the people we support, and their families an opportunity to nominate someone they feel has provided exceptional service during the year.

We also have three special categories for the people we support, recognising the fantastic progress and contribution they have made throughout the year.

The awards celebrate our shared achievements and showcase the outstanding commitment of individuals and teams across Rehability UK. 💚

Support Workers of the Year

Our Support Workers are the backbone of everything we do. Without these frontline heroes, there would be no Rehability UK. They shine brightly through their initiative, passion, and continuous drive to grow and improve.

This year, we are proud to announce four regional categories: Central, North, South, and West Midlands.

The Finalists are:

• Central Region – Antony Watkins, Sodiq Adeoye, Vincent James

• North – Prince Obioha Ugboaja, Romario Russel, David Samson

• South – Karthikeyan Manivannan, Gbohunmi Eyitayo Aluko, Bharghavi Konathala

People We Support – Volunteer of the Year

Volunteers are not paid, not because they are worthless, but because they are priceless. These finalists have shown us the power of kindness and the light it brings to others.

People We Support – Creative Achiever of the Year

Talent shines when people believe “I can do it.” These finalists remind us that ability is not defined by labels, but by spirit, creativity, and determination.

This award celebrates shining moments of triumph – no matter how big or small – achieved through determination and resilience.
