People Team

The People Department provides tactical and strategic consulting on people and company development. It supports the company with Human Resources strategies and all functional groups within the company. This includes the people strategic lead, culture change, and stakeholder management. Additionally, it establishes a coherent and successful HR department.

Our aims are to lead the company in creating an open, honest and high performing workplace, ensuring available resources for managers and staff and offering HR support and advice for those under the Rehability UK group. Our aim is to also increase Rehability values by planning and developing HR strategies and policies.
