Finance & Payroll Team
Our finance team plays a fundamental role by providing essential support, planning and management of the financial resources of the organisation.
Working together with our colleagues in the wider business, the team supports our operational strategies, ensuring key decisions minimise any potential risks, maximise performance and our practices correlates with the growth and vision of Rehability UK.
As a key part of the wider finance team, payroll are responsible for insuring that all our colleagues are paid correctly and on time. We are a small team and we are always available to help and respond to employees payroll queries, because we understand that while pay is only one factor of why our dedicated colleagues work in care, it is essential that they can pay their bills on time.
As an organisation, the Rehability UK Group use the online Webroster system to track hours and payment. Although team managers are key personnel in inputting their team’s data, payroll are always here to provide support and answer question.
