The Procurement function in the company works closely with the Finance Team, Operations and Maintenance Teams to make sure that our people have the resources required to do their jobs. This might be physical resources, like beds and laptops, or systems. A major part of the role is to set up contracts for services, which can be as diverse as data storage to fuel cards. It’s a wide-ranging and ever-evolving brief!
Data Security: Data Protection Officer (DPO) is a defined legal role under the Data Protection Act 2018. The DPO is responsible for providing information and advice on data security matters, working with the training team to make sure our people have the training they need, responding to data issues, and liaising with the Data Protection Regulator, which is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
