Meet the Manager
I have worked within health and social care and started as a support worker supporting individuals with drug and alcohol dependency issues. From there I had worked supporting individuals with mental health diagnosis and had worked my way through the ranks to take over my very first registration. From there I have supported individuals with Autism, mental health, learning disabilities and supported individuals with challenging behaviour.
What I find most rewarding within the health and social care sector is seeing residents develop and achieve what they set themselves to achieve. I believe that supporting individuals from all walks of life is the most rewarding job of all and it’s a pleasure to work with a dedicated staff team who work tirelessly to support the people we support.
I am a keen rugby fan and I enjoy taking my dog Milo for long walks in the countryside.
