We offer highly personalised independent living options as supported living, ensuring all care provided is person-centred with the person at the heart of every decision, enabling them to have a life of choice and opportunities.
Our care pathway ensures continuity of care and locality the needs and aspirations of the people we support change. We are flexible and creative in our approach to developing packages, drawing on the expertise of an experienced and qualified staff team alongside the experience of the people who use our services.
Each package is bespoke to the individual and the mix of staff in the team is tailored to meet the needs of the clientele they will be supporting. Staff are trained to specialise in the needs of the clients, such as PEG, PMLD, use of equipment such as a hoist, complex behaviours as well as Autism, Mental Health and wellbeing.

Meet The Manager
I have been in the Care Sector for a little over 30 years and bring a wealth of knowledge with me that I have picked up along my journey to where I am now.
I have worked my way up from being a Care Assistant to my current role. I am described by my team as being ‘Firm but Fair’, I am approachable with a big heart. Definitely a people person, I love to hear life stories etc from staff and service users alike.
I am passionate about the work I do and the people I support and love nothing more than coming out of the office to visit them all in their homes and having a natter and a coffee.
I am a Nana, and have first hand experience of the difficulties, as 2 of my grandsons have Autism and 1 is also non-verbal, so can empathise with the difficulties that some families face. I strive to do my best for all of the people that we support…. I simply love what I do and would not be in any other profession, ‘Not for all the tea in China’, as the saying goes.
